Service and responsibility
ClientBriefStudio, operated by Tomas Gabalis, an individual sole trader in Lithuania, produces marketing performance briefs for professional users. You must have authority to upload your clients’ information, keep your account secure and review every brief before sharing. AI text is a draft, not financial, legal or investment advice; causes must be provided by a specialist, not invented by AI.
Plans and billing
The free trial includes one brief without a card. Freelancer costs €19/month (regular €39) for 5 monthly active clients; Agency costs €49/month (regular €89) for 15, with agency branding. A client is active once a brief is created during the current UTC calendar month. Extra capacity costs €4/client/month and requires approval before purchase. Applicable taxes and the final total are shown at checkout. Early adopter rates remain locked while subscribed.
Renewal, changes and closure
Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled. Successful payment unlocks access immediately. Upgrades apply immediately with prorated charges; ordinary cancellation and downgrades take effect at renewal. Account deletion is different: it permanently removes workspace content and ends subscriptions immediately, without an automatic refund. Mandatory refund or consumer rights are not excluded. Payment-provider records required by law may be retained.
Ownership and acceptable use
You retain rights to your uploaded information and briefs. You grant permission to process that content only to operate the service. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, attempt unauthorized access or misuse public links. Agency white-label features do not grant ownership of the underlying software.
Availability and legal rights
We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or AI accuracy. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. Lithuanian law applies, subject to mandatory protections and jurisdiction rules. Material changes to these terms should be communicated before they take effect. Payments are processed by Stripe.
